I hope everyone had as wonderful a Mother’s Day as I did. In honor of Norma and David’s timely visit, we hosted an English Tea Party. We had lots of little sandwiches and sweet treats. For favors, I made little canvas bags filled with a lemon sugar scrub, and a box of tea and biscuits. Here are a few snaps.

YAY for spring. The weather in CO is pretty hit or miss in the spring…we can have anything from HOT sun to SNOW! I wanted to take advantage of these pretty pink trees before the snow hit and we had a great little mini-session. Nicholas was particular cooperative because I let him climb the trees. Here is round 1. Will post Claire’s tomorrow!

Resurrection

Contrary to popular belief, I have NOT abandoned my blog. I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted, but I have just been truly overwhelmed and simply out of time. I’ve been working so hard…at my full time day job, at my full time photography business, and as with family/friends/etc…BUT…NOW is the time to resurrect the blog, and what better time to do it than for Easter?

You’ll also notice one reason I’ve been reluctant to post photos of these kiddies…now, instead of one little shit that gives me attitude about taking photos, I have TWO of them. *sigh* I miss the days of the perfect little posers. Hmmm…I see more Legos and LaLaLoopsies in the future as bribery.

In honor of Valentine’s day, I thought I’d post the whole week of my sweet valentines.

Here are the cards we did for the kids’ Valentines. They had their school party on Friday…not sure why they did it early…but eh…We had a fun Friday afternoon out of it. =)

We punched holes and inserted suckers in their hands.
