It seems like just yesterday…and yet, it seems so long ago….that my baby boy was born. Now he is five.years.old. I think back to before I had kids…I think of all of the times I said “when I have kids, I’ll….{insert any number of plans}”…and then after having kids and thinking “when they are a bit older, I’ll….{again, insert any number of ideas}” …and now…I just wonder “gosh, where did the time go???” Five. I know five is still young…as in…he’s still a pest and doesn’t listen and throws temper tantrums…but he’s not a baby anymore and he’s like a kid now…he has his own thoughts and opinions, a full personality and he’s really sweet and fun and I love him more than anything! Happy Birthday Nicholas.

Nicholas had his Lego party this weekend. It turned out GREAT and all of the kids had tons of fun! Here are some pics of the party. Come back tomorrow for his FIFTH birthday post!!! FIVE!!!??? Where have the years gone?
